Soup Base
Ingredients: Beef shin, beef marrow bone, water, sesame oil, salt, garlic, ginger, onion, rock sugar, black peppercorn, cloves, black cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, sichuan pepper, fennel seed, cumin seeds, star anise, chicken stock, rice wine, soy sauce, chilli bean paste, tomato puree, bull head sauce
Allergens: Sesame, soybeans, wheat, fish, crustaceans, milk, egg and sulphites. May contain celery and mustard.

Storage instruction:
Put into the freezer immediately once receive the product.
Store in the freezer at -18°c or cooler.
DO NOT refreeze defrosted product.
Once defrost, keep refrigerated and consuming within 24 hours.
